Episode 9 - The Last Time

Everyone you have ever known will die. Everyone you ever know will die. This is morbid, but it can lead to a really beautiful insight. There’s going to be a last time you do everything.

Everything you do, no matter how wonderful or dreadful, will have a last time. There will be a last time you change the oil on your car, a last time you pay a bill, or change a diaper. There will be a last time you take out the trash. If you think of it this way it has the power to change your perspective on even the most mundane and frustrating tasks of daily life.
